Roberto Briglia has been the General Manager of the Mondadori Group's Magazine Division, including italian, french and international activities and Digital Publishing since September 2000.
He is a member of the boards of directors of Mondadori France, Hearst Mondadori, ACI Mondadori, Rodale Mondadori, Monradio Srl and Gruner+Jahr/Mondadori.
Since July 2008 Roberto Briglia has been the special delegate for international relations of the Italian federation of newspaper and magazine publishers (FIEG) and since March 2010 he has been chairman of publishing and communication sector group of Assolombarda.
Roberto Briglia was born in 1949 in Massa Carrara and has a degree in political science from the University of Milan. As a journalist he has been the editor of Radio Popolare, Tempo Illustrato, Linea Uomo, Epoca and Panorama. He joined Mondadori in 1986 where, over the years, he has been editorial director of TV Sorrisi e Canzoni, publisher for all the Group's titles and Head of Group Corporate Communications.
